He is strong in coordinating with team members, support and make good use of their skills. He has been involved in projects mainly products which have sold thousands, developing the software, making a prototype and bring the model to the production line and the production line to manufacture and then for software, make plan for visual design and make a plan for the developers, plan the integration, make the testing cases for UAT and help to proceed with UAT and sign off the delivery date until recently most projects were collaborating with government department and government make some requests and drop out the department documentations, make time plans and organize people to handle that and make test cases for UAT
