He is specializing in IT specifically in the finance and banking sector. He handles most of the IT operations from infrastructure, apps, databases, etc. His last job was in XXXX wherein he meets with external and internal clients and monitors all the projects. He also worked in several banks before that including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX wherein he spent most of his time as a Project Manager. Also started off as a Software Engineer and worked on a healthcare system for XXXX.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Very strong at software development especially MS Windows SDK, C/C++, and also comfortable with all databases including SQL and Oracle. Rates himself 4 out of 5 in these areas specifically in C/C++ since he’s been using it for a very long time now. Aside from databases, also strong in frontend.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 20+ years of professional experience in development. Has good knowledge in C++ and SQL, and recent projects are made from Python, C#, and Java/JavaScript. Very comfortable also with working on a banking and finance area since he’s done lots of jobs in banks before. Has also good knowledge in data structures and algorithms.
