1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She started working at a start-up five years ago, started with a  lot of admin work and then design work, UI / UX, lot of self-learning, attend her own courses, certificates and bootcamp and then after started her own mobile service company, in charge of prototyping and product design and then at an agency, responsible for speaking to them, designing a solutions for every specific client, use the same product design methodology and job scope has kind of expanded such as marketing and brand strategy

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest is in identifying the problems, so if someone says they need a new design, usually don’t need but there is always an underlying problem she has learned to discover, example if don’t have enough traffic in website design ads the problem is in traffic source so just one very simple example and biggest strength is uncovering the root of problem
   She has always been leading or be the only one in charge for 4.5 years. Her most recent project was a pretty reputable company in SG and they needed not only a website but marketing as well and so the project got a bit complicated and lot of setbacks and still managed to deliver ion the deadline in Figma prototype between her and 2 other designers, think of ways to merge their own menu as they are an F&B company and they wanted the website to showcase everything, every branch may have a little variation on the menu and a little bit of customization so it was a bit challenging and came up with something to merge the different menus and also managed to secure a group of restaurant enthusiast and started to observe how they reacted and everything was custom made and wanted to be different and memorable though their service managed to do some minor changes and it was live and right now monitoring and collecting the data, results wise was really good as they are also doing SEO for the website and exceeded all of the expectations, number of clicks, number of searches and a lot of reservations as well and also managed to started promoting for events booking, quite a few hiccups in between. Would rate herself 4 out 5 in Figma
