- He was working for almost 20 years, which he started as a service engineer and until chief engineer. So when he was at XXX, he was handling quite a bunch of XXX products. from scanner, projector, large format, and so on. also doing repairs as well as software support in terms of drivers. After a few years, he was promoted, and he was doing specific support and also handling technical help. He was also handling the project's product, which is PLQ 20, it's a XXX printer, so XXX printer, which also enters into most of the government tenders for banks like XXX. So when he was in, XXX, he was also supporting for presale, hardware and software as well as some testing. They are doing API testing for the customized banking system. So he's been in the SI environment a lot, implementing enterprise IT infrastructure.
2. He is expert in products which require integration of API and driver. Software, design infrastructure, and how to do integration.
3. He works in XXX, and they hired him to do pre-sales and tech support for their company. So basically for product itself, so during that time, there are so many projects ongoing, which were hindered by him. And, after that, he was also moving into other tenders, whereby they won a few millions for supplying all the government, schools, etc.
