1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He was originally doing customer service for IT course centers and later on open his own company basically focused on leadership development and things like that. He has also expanded into doing UX and Design coaching where he coach design teams form his client companies and teach them how to run their design projects from end-to-end including requirements gathering to prototyping and deployment of projects. He would also train them with UX and design thinking/gimmick.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be bringing people together to work in a particular direction to achieve the businesses goals. He is good with recruitment and things like that, he is also good in bringing a different way of looking at things.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has lots of leadership and senior experiences in terms of UI/UX and also has done lots of coaching in different areas. He is good with people management and has good communication skills.
