Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She monitors worldwide network operations at the bank and deal with the data center connectivity, availability, and circuits in their branches in Germany because their bank is the main office is in Germany, but they have a worldwide connection as well. She also monitors the EFX lines and checking the connectivity of the servers as well. She is the 1st and 2nd level support for the operations and if there’s any further changes or activities that needs to be done in rectifying an issue, they have network infrastructure engineers and they are actually the ones who do the configurations.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She has a good technical skill and a strong area in identifying any related issues in the network connectivity. She would be able to identify the point of failure and identify the issues happening and with a wide view of understanding on the OSI layer because at some point she does have an experience in developing an application as well. She has an experience in putting it in the server and do networking for that server and database connections up until it delivers as an app to the end-users so if anything fails, she has an idea where and why the issues happen. She also has an experience in CCNA and one of the pioneer students of the cisco networking academy in the Philippines in her college days. She also had 13 years of experience now since she moved to XXX . When it comes to her soft skills, she knows how to present her questions and articulate enough to convey her thoughts and the answers she would like to get for a particular issue.

She does have an experience in facing with the contractors and she has an experience in NOC which she rates her skills for that 5 out of 5. She also has a CCNA certification.
