1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Start working in the corporate world in the Philippines for more than 10 years and started in outsourcing activities such as installation of DWDM equipment. Works in XXX which is known as a big telecommunications company in the Philippine and work there as an engineer (Specialist and Solutions). Moved to Singapore as a technical support engineer which focuses on the implementations of the submarine networks. Do installation, commissioning, and testing of the network equipment. For about 2 years, he moved to XXX as an associate engineer and do planning and engineering for the networks to meet business deliverables and network reliability objectives. Work in the IT industry for more than 15 years and knowledgeable mostly with the DWDM and optics equipment.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest and focused more on the DWDM and optics with a layer 1 to layer 2 networking skills. Also have some project management knowledge in a small basis. With 3 years’ experience in DWDM and 10 years experiences in technical skills/background with regards to networking. Rate himself 4 when it comes to his skills in DWDM because he is still learning and the skills that he has is also growing and willing to catch up to the new technologies that we have now and know that when you are here in the IT industry, it is still a continues learning. Provide a Microsoft customer with a 1.8 tera capacity (16x100 G equipment) with a tight deadline. They gather all the resources from the vendors up to the technical people so that they could deliver the resources and the demands of their client.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   Have the background and does pre-sales as well as on-site installations and can face the customers’ needs personally. Not exposed in NOC but have some background about it, he also assisted in the actual configuration and do the design or the set-up and planning of NOC but not do this for daily work. With level 2 knowledge in troubleshooting, start with ground zero so he is knowledgeable when it comes to installation up to the testing. Do not have any certifications but attended mandatory trainings for Ciena and Infinera and planning to take CCNA by this year.
