1.    Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
Has over 10 years of experience in IT Sales focused on APAC roles. In 2011 he joined XXX LLC handling new market extensions and setting up new offices in HK and Thailand.
In 2014-2015 he was based in the US to expand global accounts to Asia. Over the years, he handled a leadership role where he managed a small team under his own account and continued to enjoy his career in IT technologies, whether Saas or cloud.

Currently working as Senior Sales Manager in XXX Digital Agency based in Vietnam with 10 office locations across the world. His job role for the first year was Analytic profiling and have crossed around 1M booked revenue in ecommerce websites for clients that are actively involved in dealing with MNC companies, managing the entire region of China. Handling two projects the XXX and XXX across Asia and securing a $1.5 M deal for 3 years contract to support ecommerce solutions. Recently he has secured another client XXX for ecommerce solutions multi MNC Japanese based company.

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? 
He specialized in 70% marketing and 30% sales, verbose in sales strategy and sales for Saas. Over his career, he has always been a top sales performer being focused and target-driven. Lastly, is the leader with empathy, without losing direction and good remarks to clients and colleagues.
He rated 4.5 out of 5 because he believes that in doing business environment, he never looked at numbers instead he looks at the reason why people are buying their solutions and gets genuine trust from clients and colleagues.

He has experience working with ERP and SAP solutions and is familiar with how HR tech solutions work. A successful project was with the pharmaceutical client billion-dollar company with 50K employees to integrate SAP for the entire APAC region. His role is as an internal consultant working with the SAP team, managing different stakeholders, how the whole integration process will impact different divisions, and how to manage the timeline so that the project will meet time and on target.
