   She has extensive exp in testing, has been a QA, QA Lead then Manger and then as a BA in XXXX in 2015 and she was also a BA in XXXX and then as a PM in July last year but was already a PM role since January 2022

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She is strongest in Requirements gathering, coordination, has been doing since testing, directly coordinated with clients until production support and now also dealing with clients regards to timeline resources and resources. A project she has done is when he was working with developers in Malaysia and SG, a web application portal, probably about 15 developers and 5 BA and 3 QAs and for this project in his current company there were times round up the team of up to 15 develop 1 BA and 5 QAs, both are under insurance company, previous is a customer portal but this on able to buy insurance, subscribe and coordinate with client to gain points. She has 7 years of leadership experience and SDLC since 2007 for 15 years
