   He has 10 years of experience in IT and pre-sales, with a background in Information Technology and certifications in Microsoft Database Administration, AWS, and Azure. His previous roles include working as a Senior Technical Engineer at a leading digital banking firm, where he supported customer issues, tested new product functionalities, and collaborated with clients to implement best practices. He also participated in an on-call rotation for a SaaS product. He then served as a Senior Software Engineer at a Banking company, where he handled internet banking application issues, managed compliance audits, and supported banking operations through platforms. In another role, he led a large-scale enterprise project as an IT Project Manager, integrating 17 source systems into a new ERP platform, helping a local bank become the first to roll out a cloud-based General Ledger. He led a cross-functional team of 30+ professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices. Apart from this, he worked at XXXX as a Pre-Sales Engineer, he collaborated with product and engineering teams to develop cloud-native SaaS solutions, identify product gaps, and influence product roadmaps.
