- He's been working in the IT industry for two to three years already. So his first job was at XXX doing technical support. So what he would do is go around the office and do the Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade. Then, after that, he went to another company and worked as an IT engineer. So there, he mostly uses support, equipment deployment, laptop deployment, desktop deployment, etc. He managed to touch on networking in the data center and the laying of cables, the splicing of cables, and a lot of physical work.
2. He is an expert in IT technical problems, IT engineering, data centers, etc.
3. Previously, I worked into XXX as an IT. So, and then he manages all the support for all the ships PCs because it's a maritime company, so he does a lot. He goes along for onboarding on ships, then does desktop support, laptop support, and user support as well. Then he joined HCL Singapore as a data center engineer to do support.
