1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently he is working as a chief commercial officer in a start-up company named XXX which is a shipping and fulfilment aggregator and allows the market and social media sellers to manage their shipping and operations. He is relatively new to the company but able to close partnership that is already allowing the business to scale. In a short period he closed 20 major partnerships with the ERP players. As part of his role in the company he helps in organizing the team, structuring the commercial teams to scale the business. He was also in a Start-up company in Singapore as a sales director and overseeing all the business operations and merchandising. In his previous job also, he was in the fashion ecommerce platform which is XXX and work there for almost 4 years managing the brand acquisition on regional level which is in Singapore and work as well with the local teams. Philippines, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan are one of the countries he handled  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   His strong skill is in scaling the business because in a short period of time he can improve it. He was 3 years and a half in XXX they are in charge to bring the 9-10% of the business. Closing deals and scaling the business is the strategic and the understanding on what the business needs and what needs to be done is the major skill he have and with more than 5 years of experience handling a team and experience in Ecommerce and social commerce.
