Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has been in the industry for 3+ years already and is currently working as a Quant Developer in XXXX wherein he works more on the trading platform and fix the bugs on it himself. Before that he was a Core Engineer in a blockchain company called XXXX where he maintain, upgrade, and monitor their mainnet. He was also a Cybersecurity Engineer in XXXX but later on was transferred to C++ Software Engineer. He also took his internship in XXXX as a Software Engineer where he implemented backend businesses.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Most confident in using C++ because he’s been developing with it for quite some time now and rates himself 3 out of 5, even though he’s good with it already he said that there’s a lot more to learn than what he knows right now. Most of his school projects were done using C++.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 3+ years of professional working experience and more than 5 years of working using C++. Also have an experience in Python for 2-3 years and SQL for few months since they don’t use it often. Also familiar with trading systems since he’s currently working as a Quant Developer in XXXX in which he manages the platform for trading systems there. Also has bit knowledge in data structures and algorithms.
