1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started as a Biotechnologist around four years ago. He has been working as a biotech for a few years and then last year, in June, he sort of transitioned into the business data analyst role, he is a part of the business Excellence team managing projects for the company, for the site, and typically focusing more on the digital projects, digital initiatives, because the company is very focused on digital transformation so for myself he manages certain digital projects. Mainly things like Power apps, Power Domain, and then some custom web applications as well. So they conduct some brainstorming to survey ideas from colleagues or employees, and then his team will develop those digital solutions for them

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is strongest in Python, for data analysis, uses a lot of Python, as well as Power Bi. Would rate himself 3 out of 5 in Python and Power Bi. He has self-learned a lot of the things but the company does provide us with some of the trainings things like data licensing and so far that has helped him improve himself in terms of data analytics.
   As a business data Analyst, a project right now is creating a lot of dashboards, supporting the business by pulling the data from the Data lake, it is the Operations Data Platform and the business users typically will want to see some of the insights, so things like data from the production systems that they have, such as what are some of the trends that they are seeing, things like out of range trends for quality samples. Have created around five to ten dashboards within the last year. Have also developed custom web applications for inventory management, crud operations dealing with database SQL queries and once the orders has been placed by the users, there will be an automation that's interfacing being done automatically every week for all three teams and that has already saved them about 60% to 70% of their time if they were to do it manually. It is the Quick Sign workflow automation.
