Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and graduated in 2016. With 6 years of experience in different industries. She moved to the financial services, investments, and capital and do all of that for 3 years. She is primarily in financial services and move to XXX which is for her, it is a different environment. She moved to the Southeast Asia team which is in Malaysia before covid. She was building the Southeast Asia team and launched 3 major releases of projects. She takes care of the Agile and scrum developments together with the product manager. Then COVID happened so she moved back to India and worked in XXX Health which help for a faster covid test in India with the use of technology and work there as a business analyst. She worked in a lot of features to increase the suer efficiency, retention, and IT infrastructure. She resigns last September and move back to Singapore with her husband.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She said that she has a strong skill when it comes to business strategy and rates her skills for that 4 out of 5 because she said that she also needs to learn continuously. She also has an experience for Business strategy and product development for most of her work experience, 6 years to be exact and rates her skills in product development 3.5-4 out of 5.

She does have an experience in XML Mapping but just a little bit of exposure on it. Rate her skills for that 3 out of 5. She also has a project management experience for 4 years and rate her skills in PM 4 out of 5.
