He came from a mixed background and he used to work for Inter-touch and worked there for 8 years and took on many roles and he also doing network operations and they are providing billing solution to the hospitals and at that time in 2000 and that time it was still an unreliable business and he has a strong programming background with C languages and PHP and also did system administration and Python and he is also exposed with Ruby and studied it's framework and studied it in 2010-2012. There was a lot of reorganization in the company, so he opted out and looked for new opportunities, he sort redesigned the work flow of the company to make it more fit and he did the product management and some of the IT stuff, they decided to build their own tool and called it Freedom Vision and they were trying to rebuild the product line since a lot of users were not happy. He also used scrum and he is a certified scrum master as well; they use Django as their framework and Ruby on Rails and other applications as well.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has a strong background with SDLC and has managed a few projects before that is related with SDLC, he is able to combine different technologies and combine it with something that will work for the client, and he also make sures that he delivers and makes sure that the client is happy.
- They also use Scrum and Agile to help complete their work. He also has .NET experience and used C++ before and used C# as well and used the library of support, he also managed 4 software engineers as well. He also handled 3 teams to help maintain for the project and to make sure that the project and product is running smoothly.
- He is also CCNA certified last 2013. He also has a background with system administration, and he mainly uses Linux and uses Linux based languages and uses Unix systems and is very familiar with its operation. He has also worked with Database and SQL and MySQL and has been exposed with different programs of database systems. He has also worked on different types of issues and troubleshooting before as well.
5. The largest team he managed was when he was a manager, and they brought a team from Malaysia and worked as a manager for 1 year. |
