1.He came to XXX for his MSC Program in Information Technology Management, and after that he became a data center specialist in an IBM facility through HCL. Over there, he manages and handles the components of each server and maintains the overall system. He is also responsible for firewalls, switches, routers, etc. So they connected it all and put it in the racks and built a service according to the customers' specifications and asked for troubleshooting and any issues. He worked there for a year and after his contract end he moved to his current position as a service provider for data centers. His job has been to test setups and provide troubleshooting for the returned parts from the customer. and also committed to other technicians in other regions for testing and workflow improvement.
2. He has solid hands-on skill in technical area like in network equipment's, hardware components and also in troubleshooting
3.He had an internship at a transport company where he was a support officer, so he was basically a support for the operations. His daily job was to check the buses if they were routed to each destination and he did that for a year.
