  1. He was part of XXX for 4 years as APAC Service Desk Manager and become Region Service Support Manager in 2019. He builds an IT service desk and helps the desk team to support APAC and global IT functions. He also leads the planning, resource management and motivates his team to build high morale working environment within the team.
  2. He helps his previous company, to build and set up Order Management System for the sales team to od the order-related item. He also set up OMS using ERP they also used SAP for OMS. He is a part of SSC or Shared Service Centre; he handles the whole IT operations. Level 1 and 2 concerns are under his control, and he manages 30 engineers in APAC regions.
  3. He is strong in customer service, leadership, and his strong knowledge and experience in IT Operations. He is more on ow in the management side, but he can be hands-on depending on the things that need to be done. He can be more hands-on in terms of Microsoft applications and end-user software.
  4. When he was XXX as End-User Computing Manager. He works with Microsoft to migrate the company computer system to Windows 10 to ensure all devices follow Microsoft standards. He also leads the operational team to work together on the LAN Remediation project. They successfully change the LAN system and upgrade the WIFI system.
