1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently a data analyst, on the migration, handling the data, checking what will be the corresponding data from the source system to the current target system. He was a data developer for around five to six years right now more on leading with a role of being a data analyst. In XXXX, he was an Etl developer, support, actually using Informatica as the Etl tool, mainly in charge of new records, new mappings, new configuration for Informatica and also doing some support, if there is something that needs to be fixed immediately. He also used auto scheduling tools like Autosys, which they use to automate informatica, Jira to look on the tickets

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is strongest in dealing with people, on his first job, has around one year or two years. He has extensive experience in SQL, Informatica and Oracle as a Data Engineer. Would rate himself 4 in SQL, Informatica and Oracle. He was also an Informatica developer on his first career on XXXX so for around four to five years of being an Informatica developer. He also has experience in Teradata, when he first started he was using Informatica and Oracle as a database, in the second job in XXXX, using Informatica and Teradata as its database. He is also familiar with Vtex Scripting. He has knowledge in SSIS but have no work experience yet but willing to learn and feels the concept is quite the same and there's some tricks he needs to learn about.
   A project he has done in Informatica was in XXXX, for around six months, he was a maximo developer but there are times that he was an informatica lead, he learned from scratch. There was no training, and since some of his team members since they have quite an experience in Informatica, so handling that project which is a migration, basically we use Informatica as an Etl tool to use for conversion and integration, changing the data source to the target source and integration as a middleware for talking or interfacing of other systems, from the scratch, meaning from development to test and going live. He feels this is quite a successful project as after the production, the client requested for him to become a support for six months
