He is currently working as an application development team lead. He started working initially at XXXX as a developer up to senior developer, so I've been handling various applications then at XXXX and then I also handled EDI, an in house application, handling EDI transactions for 2 years and then he moved back to XXXX, got acquainted with ETL Informatica, have been doing Informatica ever since and then last year as team lead, also handling Splunk and a little bit of sales force and currently training using a new tool, more like an in House application

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He is strongest in ETL Informatica. Have also been doing a little bit of project management on the side as well as being a technical team lead, he has team lead experience for about 15 months now officially, but before XXXX as a senior developer, so have also been handling a small team of his own so overall 2.5 years of experience and has extensive experience with Agile
He has done a pioneer project from scratch, in terms of project development, could say that have some sort of experience in handling project management, the projects that he has handled before are mainly supporting oriented projects, more of like operations management on the ticketing side of stuff
