1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as a Software Engineer for XXXX, a Singapore-based startup company. Previously he was a Junior Backend Developer in XXXX but did not pursue permanent position because of his part time job which is an instructor in his alma mater, XXXX. He taught basic Java programming there for almost 2 years. He started learning computer programming since 2010 during a scholarship program and they were deployed since then to different government agencies to create system for their offices.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Most confident in using Java and has been using it since the scholarship program for about 7-8 years already. Rates himself 4 out of 5 because there’s still a learn for him to learn regarding Java technologies.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   He has managed a 3-man team before back when he was in XXXX and has also 5 years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. He recently used Java, Spring, and Spring Boot in his previous jobs and is also familiar with IDEs and UML. He also has good knowledge in databases such as SQL/Oracle and rates himself 3 out of 5 when it comes to SDLC and other project management methodologies. He also is familiar with using GIT.
