1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started his career in the year 2015 which he worked at XXX as an IT specialist in a training center for the seafarers. His responsibilities there is to check the PC’s weekly and monthly and do check the servers as well and make some backups. He also checked the networks or the system if there’s some errors. When he worked at XXX , he also do the same responsibilities and set-up the PC’s as well. Most of his job is for the IT support and developed his skills in both hardware and software based on his experiences. He is knowledgeable when it comes to the patching, installing the networks, cables, and do admin in the networks. He also has an experience in configuring the WIFI mesh and configuring the IP connections as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements? 
   He has more than 5 years of solid experience in IT support and knowledgeable when it come to handling the network, configuring and installing different peripherals. He also has a good experience in the Active directories and proficient in different MS OS. He also has a great experience with the phones and other mobile devices.
