Describes Java as his strongest skill because he believes he has great foundation with the programming language and knows well how to get around with it. He’s been using it since early years of his career and even way back his internship. He also rates himself 4-4.5 out of 5 for there’s always room to grow and learn.

He has 3 years of experience in lead roles and is currently handling his own team composed of associate and intermediate engineers as well as QAs. Also has more than 5 years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Proficient with Java and Spring and also has good knowledge in IDEs and UML. He also has extensive experience in Agile and rates himself 4/5 in that area. Was also able to experience Oracle database in his first employer.
