He has been in salesforce marketing products since 2019 particularly starting with pardot and then eventually working in the marketing cloud. He is a Certified Pardot Specialist and Marketing Cloud Specialist. Daily tasks involve working with clients and providing solutions to every problem in the marketing cloud.
Worked in XXX as Salesforce Marketing Operations his tasks involves organizing, planning, and coordinating daily project activities. Setup SFMC admin and Pardot automation for email monitoring and contact management, SQL queries, and automation have been established.

He specialized in journey builder in Marketing Cloud. He’s been tasked with creating journeys with every other client since he started working with Marketing Cloud. He Rated 5 because he was able to do the task from simple to most complex. His most successful was in XXX Philippines where he’s been leading a team of around 3-4 marketing cloud specialists working for all their marketing cloud needs. The specific and most complex project he handled was the month long event for XXX which is a webinar ever that target their insurance and concerned customers that involves monthly long preparations including SMS and emails sent using journey builder for sending SMS reminder, confirmations, emails, and also scheduling their webinar in zoom. The company has multiple cloud instances and they are outsourcing their marketing cloud projects and task to their affiliated agency.
