1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His last role was with XXXX as a Services Head-Client Operations where he helped the company land on two more internal-facing clients and established the service desk operations governance for them. Before this, he was a Director of Technology Operations with XXXX where he built and managed their technology infrastructure, software development, and manage service desk teams to support their global operations. Has supported and helped them in migrating all of their infrastructure into cloud technologies, also established an ITIL type of support for all of their information security services. He also has experience in full stack development, managing DevOps/SREs where they handled programming and infrastructure. Handled about 250 IT professionals before. He also was able to handle large ERP systems during his time with XXXX and was an IT Manager for XXXX where he was responsible for all the resources and activities of their IT department. After this, he was able to found a small BPO company together with his friends where he built and setup their own operations.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his in-depth knowledge of technologies and how it can be used in businesses. He believes that his knowledge in business and technology, including infrastructure, ERP systems, etc, is what he can bring to the table as of now. One unique skill as well for him is his knowledge and experience in implementing technology into medical field.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   During the early years of his career as an ERP Systems Administrator, during his time with XXXX, it was the solution itself and they were able to sell it to various industries. So he can really say that he has strong experience in solution selling. He is also good with understanding the technology and what needs to be learned for it to be sold. Also has closed 2 client deals during his last role with XXXX. Has experience with selling for both external and internal clients/employees of an organization. Very strong with IT Infrastructure since he has been doing this since the start of his career. Rates himself a perfect score of 5 in both solutions selling and IT infrastructure.
