He is a software engineer for about 8 years and has been in lead roles for about 5 years now. Currently, he’s working as a fully-remote lead developer in XXXX wherein he handles projects and is currently outsourced in one of the biggest projects yet that is based in UK. He maintains existing apps and create apps to support their internal processes. He also works part time as an Interview Engineer for XXXX. Also worked as a Full Stack Developer in XXXX and was an Android Developer for a contract-based Australian company.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Most comfortable using C# for backend for 7+ years now and JavaScript for frontend for around 8 years already. Rates himself 4 out of 5 in JavaScript since there are other frameworks that he hasn’t explored yet. The current project he’s doing with XXXX is made with JavaScript.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
He has around 5 years in doing lead roles and around 3 years in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Most comfortable in Android Java and have only attended trainings regarding other frameworks such as Spring, and IDEs and UML but no professional experience yet. Been using Agile for project management and rates himself 5 out of 5 in it. Also rates himself 4 out of 5 in SDLC as it differs from each company. Have few months experience in Oracle plainly in migrating applications.
