He is a Civil Engineering graduate with passion in Software Development. He is currently working in a construction project in the PH but prior to that, he was a web developer in XXXX wherein he worked mostly in government websites and software. He’s planning to pursue the software development as a full time job now. During college, he wanted to study computer science/IT, but due to financial issues, they cannot support the course itself and took civil engineering instead.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Most confident in using PHP, JavaScript. Also used Wordpress because most of the projects are websites. Also used Java for backend but handled projects that is more on frontend. Wants to explore more the backend side. Rates himself 3 out of 5 in software development because not yet proficient in coding but is very good in debugging and fixing.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Basically, since he’s a career-shifter, he doesn’t have experience in doing software lead roles but has experience in handling people in his construction projects. He also has experience in Java during his web developer days and has basic knowledge in IDEs, just needs time to refresh it and learn more about it. Also has experience in using SQL and handling data before.
