1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as the QA lead in XXX tech and their project there is about a fintech app which is an ewallet and BCE application. They are also licensed in BSP, and he handles 2 QA and do end to end testing form creating test cases, finding bugs, then reporting them to the developers. In his previous job, he was exposed in the daily operations for BPO but mainly handling the government projects or the bidding application for the department of budget and all the LGU’s there are bidding for the projects especially for all those in provinces.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   Said that his strong capabilities are for manual testing, web testing, functional, UI, mobile app, and game application. Rates his skills in doing manual testing 4 out of 5 and currently with almost 9 years of experience. He is also exposed in doing automation testing and his last project for that is related to the project for the government which he also rates his skills 2 out of 5 and with 2 years of experience. In that project they use selenium and rates his skills 2 out of 5. For the programming languages he has an experience using both java and python but must say that he is more familiar with python which he rates his skills 3 out of 5. In writing test cases, test plans, reports, and scripts he rates his skills 4 out of 5 and currently with 9 years of experience. He is also knowledgeable in the software requirements and business process.
