Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
With more than 20 years of experience working in the IT industry. He is currently working in Papua New Guinea as an ICT manager and the overall head of the department. His task is to make all requests are being attended to and monitor all of their IT infrastructures. He is assigned on the systems and network administration and said that they have a couple of physical servers and running a virtual environment as well. He also worked as a supervisor for the MIS department and was working as a system admin as well in his previous jobs which he did support the programmers and attend on the technical needs and do monitoring for their all IT infrastructure.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that he has a good skill in systems, networks, and hardware. He also mentioned that he can build the network from scratch from the cabling, installations of the servers, and the switches etc

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry and handles a team which is consist of 3 local staff and 1 IT manager. He also said that he has no certification for Cisco or other manufacturers but he has a solid experience working with different product like Cisco and HP in his current and previous jobs. He also rates his skills for his skills in LAN and WAN 4 out of 5.
