Have a total experience of 15+ years in Software Development. He has 10+ years in C++, 2 years for Java, 2+ years in .Net. Currently working in XXXX as a Principal Software Engineer which he looks mostly into the customers issues and raise it to the technical department. Before that, he was an Application Architect at XXXX but before that, he was also with Elixir Technologies as the same role as he is currently. Prior to that, he was a Senior Software Engineer at XXXX wherein his responsibilities are mostly in problem analysis and bug fixing.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest with C++ and is using Git for code management, for database he is strong with SQL. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in doing C++ since he’s been doing it for a long time already and has knowledge in latest features of it.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has way more than 2 years of working with C++ development. Has experience with SQL, Windows Service, & TCP Communication. He mostly worked on Windows Server but he is also familiar with Linux server. Not much familiar with outbound call systems.
