With more than 4 years of experience working mostly in the customer service and currently working as a customer service executive. She is currently working in an investment bank and her tasks are to handle the customer using ticket we will be using like a fresh test. She also attends or manage the customers using live chat or press chat which they attend the customers inquiry using WhatsApp live chat or contact them via email or do some phone calls.

She has a good communication skill and can build a good relation ship with the customers. She is also approachable and proficient in terms of using Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, and Power point.
