Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After her graduation she continue working as a trainee and doing software testing. She also does a contractual job as a test engineer in a company in Malaysia as well and currently, she is working as a UAT tester in XXX . Her role is to test the mobile and web applications and perform a user acceptance testing using DUT. She is also working closely with the IT and business stakeholders to track issues or the defect found in the applications.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She said that her strongest skills are for the manual testing and she is also good in writing test cases, execute the test cases and knows how to log and do defect management as well.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She have 3 years of experience in doing manual testing which she rates her skills or that 5 out of 5. With basic automation testing experience for 6 months and knows how to use java as a programming language. She also have 2 years of experience for that which she rates her skills 3 out of 5. Good in writing test cases, test plans, scripts, and report which she rates her skills 5 out of 5.
