Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is working as a team lead currently and with almost 12 years of overall experience working with manual and automation testing. He have an experience working in different domains like healthcare, banking, oil and gas, and publishing etc. Last year, he have completed his certification for MS azure and AWS Cloud Practitioner. He is currently working as a team lead and handling a team of 5 people that includes manual and automation testing. The current project that they are working on is related to the healthcare. He have worked in different testing tools like Selenium, UFT, planning to learn python, he also worked with the API testing with the use of Postman and perform different kinds of testing like sanity testing and regression testing etc. He also coordinate with the BA, PM, as well as the dev teams to share some of the testing reports.

He is strong in manual testing since most of his experience as a tester is related to it and said that he have an average skill in automation as well.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He have 12 years of experience in performing manual testing while 4 years in automation. He have an experience using Java as a programming language while he is willing to learn how to use the python as well. He also have 4 years of experience in using selenium.
