1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has over 6 years of experience in software testing, automation, and agile development practices. Her passion is within enhancing of software quality, reducing manual testing effort, and mentoring junior, cross-functional teams as well. She is currently with XXXX as a Senior QA Engineer where she has developed and maintained scalable automation frameworks using Cypress integrated with Azure DevOps pipelines; her recent project was an automation framework for scalable inventory management platform where she has developed over 250+ automated test cases covering regression, smoke, and integration scenarios across the web and API layers. She also has worked very closely with developers, product owners to define conditions of acceptance. As a result, they have reduced manual regression time from 3 days to under 4 hours and has increased test coverage by 60%. Before this, she was with XXXX as a QA Analyst where she again designed and executed functional, regression, and risk-based tests across web and API platforms. She also acquired her great knowledge there of Azure DevOps for test case management, traceability, and bug tracking.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be building scalable, maintainable, and robust test automation frameworks from scratch, particularly using Cypress integrated with Azure DevOps. Her deep technical skills also helps her align test automation with business and development goals. Apart from that, she's proficient in integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines, writing reusable and modular test scripts, and bridging the gap between quality assurance and quality assistance.
