1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He did his Master’s in Pharmacy in XXXX and after that, he worked in his first job at XXXX as a Research Associate where he developed many formulations like tablet and capsules injections; he mostly worked for pharmaceutical-related small molecules and worked with the US and Europe market. He then joined XXXX as a Research Associate again, he developed again formulations for tablet, capsules, and other healthcare-related stuff for US and Europe market. After that, he was with XXXX as a Formulation Scientist where he also had the experience or project management for some of their specialty products, and since he have the technical background already, he got an opportunity with XXXX as a Business Development person where he contributed his experience in developing projects for US, Europe market, he is coordinating with all the CMC, CDMO for all the projects; they have drug discovery projects, preclinical and clinical studies, and he was handling the project management, program management, portfolio management, and coordinating with other teams. Simultaneously, he’s also in the business development activity and taking care of the market research, project ideation and getting involved with product development as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project and program management, also great with portfolio management because more than half of his work lies in there. He is also great with the side of scientific and technical affairs, also good with business development, market research, and forecasting.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been in the pharmaceutical industry since the start of his career, he also does this during his studies. Also good with customer workflow and requirements since he has been doing project/program/portfolio management for years now. Not much experience on the IT side but more on the pharmaceutical technical side, mostly doing work with the US and Europe market.
