1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is an Engineering Manager and has rich experience with project management in various projects including energy-saving projects, eco and sustainability projects, vast majority comes within the garment manufacturing industry. His first two jobs was a Maintenance Engineer back in UK, after that, worked overseas as a Senior Engineer in Romania. From there, he moved to XXXX as a Maintenance Manager. He also worked in India as an Engineering & Special Projects Manager for XXXX, mainly focused in improving factory output efficiencies. After that, he moved to Cambodia and joined XXXX as an Engineering & Facility Manager where he helped setup the whole factory including factory lighting, water supply, electricity supply, all production areas, and machinery. Later on joined XXXX in Cambodia as a Project Development Manager where he directed the design, engineering, and development of quality products and projects for their company. Then transferred to Hong Kong to work with XXXX as a Divisional Engineering Manager where he successfully led a range of engineering projects. After his role with XXXX, he took his career break also because of the pandemic that happened.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be team management and leadership. He started off as a hands-on engineer and gradually worked his way up to divisional managers with large multinational companies. Since his time with Dewhirst, he developed his team leadership skills and at the same time being hands on with the jobs. He is good with managing small teams and large teams of over 200 members. Can also say that his project management skills and excellent attention to details are very well-versed too. Would consider his weakness to be his IT knowledge and skills since he was introduced to computers later on in his career.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Strong with project management but mostly for the garment manufacturing industry. But he also had some responsibilities before for utility industry including electricity/diesel supply, monitoring and usage as well as consumptions of these factors. His experiences are mainly focused on engineering and manufacturing industry.
