1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 20 years of experience in the IT and AI industry, with a career spanning three main phases. From 2006 to 2010, he worked as a software and web service developer using technologies such as C#, Java, Struts, and built infrastructure like web and DNS servers. He then spent seven years as a technology consultant at firms including XXXX, XXXX, and other domestic consultancies. In 2016, he transitioned to a leadership role in technical project management at XXXX, followed by a position at XXXX focusing on business solutions for APJ customers. After earning an MBA in finance in Japan and gaining expertise in statistics and machine learning, he joined XXXX, a Boston-based automated machine learning company, where he helped generate over $20 million in revenue over a decade. After nearly three years there, he joined XXXX as Japan’s country manager in 2022, helping secure over $4 million in funding before the company was acquired by XXXX. He now serves as a Business Development Manager at XXXX, supporting the Japanese go-to-market strategy.

He collaborated with these companies on data and AI initiatives, particularly in compensation and underwriting. With over five years of experience selling AI tech products, he was responsible for the Japanese market and successfully grew revenue from zero to four million USD, demonstrating both leadership and deep industry involvement.
