1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
She has more than 20 years of experience in business development and has experience with multiple industries, basically any activity that will make new revenues for their company. She has worked with global companies including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and now with XXXX so she has experience connecting these global companies into the Japan market. She is now with XXXX as a Senior Director for Merchant Sales & Acquiring where she’s focused on the merchant side, mainly doing account management for the large accounts and payment facilitators, both local Japan and global companies. She also have another payment solutions experience previously with XXXX where she built a new team for business development and strategy, she has worked for the Go-to-Market strategy for the FinTech industry of that company; she also delivered some reward/loyalty points program during that time to the Japanese market. Apart from that, she also had a year of experience with XXXX where she functioned as the Head of Sales, responsible for acquiring new merchant for the company; they started only with two people but after several months, they grew into 30+ people and generating a monthly revenue of 3M$. She was the one leading different teams back then including sales team, account, onboarding team, tech team, and inside sales team; they also offered a campaign of point-back program back then so it’s very similar to loyalty/rewards program. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be her proven experience in business development, especially in the Japanese/domestic market. Aside from that, she’s good with sales and go-to-market and has a network of large local players/business, B2C side as well so she is good on delivering to that network.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development, also great with Go-to-Market. Only has a year of exposure to the F&B industry but has a strong network and customer base with food delivery companies, the team she previously built are mostly working still on the same industry so she can easily reconnect with them if she ever have the chance to build her own team. During her time with XXXX, they have acquired about 5000+ restaurants nationwide; also has great familiarity with how the loyalty/reward or point-back programs works, has delivered them during her time with XXXX, XXXX, and also XXXX. Being a local Japanese sales, she’s very familiar with the culture and how to navigate in the Japanese market.
