1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career with XXXX where he was a Sales Advisor, mostly doing sales management and product management along with customer service. After that, he transitioned to IT industry and did technical support for many years, including roles such as helpdesk engineer and desktop application engineer for different companies including XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. He also worked in IT Consulting with XXXX where he was involved with projects such as migration of operating systems, kitting, provisioning IT assets to new hires, relocation, and such; on top of that, he was doing technical support for them including emails, hardware, mobile devices, networks, and related services. He then went back to Nagoya and worked again as a Sales Strategist for XXXX and his last role/project there was with XXXX where he was involved with a QR Payment Service for the Japan market; he was the one in charge for expanding the solutions and communicate with other companies/stakeholders to find the customer’s needs in terms of products and services. His main responsibility there was to build strong connection with their existing customers and explore new customer or companies.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his IT technical solutions knowledge since he has been doing IT support roles and sales roles as well for IT/Tech products. He’s great with building strong relationships and connections with other companies and clients.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 7 year of solid technical/IT support experience so he’s well-versed with customer-facing, solving their issues/problems, and giving resolutions as well. He’s also familiar with product management or installation, mostly for software; has worked with different industry including payment/financial, retail, and IT/tech. Previously, he has worked for a project with Toyota, mainly for a specific software review with them so he’s also familiar with the automotive industry.
