1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is a results-driven sales person with over 10 years of experience, mostly in credit analytics, financial data solutions, and B2B sales. He has a track record of driving revenue growth, expanding client bases, and leading high-performance sales teams as well in the same space. His last role was with XXXX as a Sales Director, previously Team Lead, where he led the sales expansion of their financial data solutions and has achieved more than 120% of revenue growth; he has developed and implemented GTM strategies locally and has built strong partnerships with major banks, fintech firms, and insurance companies as well. He handled a team of 3-5+ sales executives at that time. He was previously with XXXX as a Senior Sales Manager where he was again doing financial data & analytics, credit scoring, and such. He expanded B2B solutions locally and has closed deals with top lenders, telecom firms, and such; he again was involved in training the sales team back then to penetrate the Japanese financial services market effectively. He started being a Sales Manager for XXXX (previously XXXX) where he specialized in KYC, anti-fraud, and basically risk & compliance-related solutions for banks and corporations. He managed high-profile enterprise clients portfolio back then and was involved in sales presentations and product demos himself both in Japanese and international stakeholders.

Strongest skill would be his hands-on sales experience on top of his great development skills within strategic partnerships with banks, lenders, and other enterprises. He also is good with business development, new client acquisition, and on the technical/niche side of it, he's deeply rooted with credit analytics, financial data, banking, and risk & compliance type of solutions, mostly for B2B. Strong with market expansion and GTM strategy as well, mostly Japan-focused.
