1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He has been in the IT industry for more than 22 years with experience in global technology and service companies, mostly doing business development, transformation, and marketing strategy. He also was into Generative AI and has been implementing/integrating it into business applications. He is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Manager where he takes care of the whole data marketing strategy to implement to the Japanese industry mostly for restaurant chains, has created mobile application and also KPI management for them. Previously, he has worked with XXXX as a Sales Manager where they did service on different areas of Japan including Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, and others; they have acquired and launched about 2000 restaurant within his 6 months of stay there, he was handling mostly small and medium businesses during that time. After that, he joined XXXX as a the Director of New Business Development where he led their food delivery market entry in Japan, and developed business plans and strategies for them; he also handled their mobile application. During his time there, he was able to exceed sales target by more than 130% and has acquired restaurants nationwide. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be his sales, business development, and marketing skills since he has been doing these areas of expertise for more than 20 years now. He also has good grasp of both IT and F&B industry, has developed new businesses in both with ease, and can confidently drive sales in these industries. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 20 years of doing sales in the Japan and global market, and has about 5+ years of it solely in the F&B industry, he has touched it during XXXX, XXXX, and also now with XXXX although currently, they are focused on middle-sized companies. He has great network of people that he can reconnect to if ever and knows many customers/contacts from his Uber and Didi; on top of that, he has handled both the application of XXXX and XXXX before so that includes the loyalty points and rewards program, and he’s very familiar with that. He’s also knowledgeable with SEO and MEO, and can utilize it with any role he is assigned to; mostly uses Salesforce for sales management and tracking. Since he has been doing sales and business development for many years now, he’s confident he can help this company navigate to the Japan market.
