1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After graduation, he first joined the XXXX and after that, started his career with XXXX as a Reception and Business Development Manager. Then he moved to XXXX as an Enterprise Sales and Account Management where he was involved in direct sales, operations, and acquisition of accounts. Due to some company problems, he moved to XXXX where he was a Vendor Success Evangelist, helped set up their team and department, solve issues and problems with restaurants, and has improved the revenue of all their restaurants by around 10%, sold promotion to restaurants owned by big enterprises. He started with them as a Sales Team Lead where they were acquiring about 150 restaurants per month with a total of 4 sales team members reporting under him. After that, he joined XXXX as a Business Development Manager where he was responsible for acquiring new accounts, has acquired 3 hotels accounts in 2 months. His last role was with XXXX Japan as a Destination Manager where he has acquired new tours of supplier and key account suppliers. He’s currently doing freelance sales at the moment, doing outsourcing sales, spot consulting, and also acquires corporate projects.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to bring sales strategy to the table in different industries including F&B, Hospitality, and related spaces. He’s also good with data analysis and can easily tell the business standing based on the numbers or data presented to him.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 5 years of experience doing sales and business development as well, acquiring new clients and businesses for his past companies. He also have strong experience with targeting SMEs and local businesses since he worked for XXXX for more than a year, he has mostly worked there on acquiring individual restaurants. Most of his contacts are within the F&B and Hotels since he also worked on that area for many years and believes he can leverage the loyalty/reward points program to these type of business or any consumer-related business. He also has deep understanding of the Japanese market, culture, and business environment so he can help drive the business/revenue growth for the company.
