1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
His last role was with XXXX as a Senior Specialist for Account Management where he took care of business development, account management of existing customers, and maintain and develop annual contracts of subscriber clients like Mitsubishi, Mitsui, Sumitomo, and other oil companies. Before this, he was a Business Development Manager for XXXX where he generated new leads for building sales pipeline thru cold calls, attending and representing their company in events, and existing network. He also worked as a Regional Sales Executive for XXXX where he was mainly responsible for capital market; he worked there with trading houses, major banks, and corporate hedgers and such. They had this SaaS solution back then that provides risk management solutions for commodity trading derivatives. Prior to that, he was the General Manager for Corporate Sales division for XXXX where he had to prospect, quality, and close new businesses for brokerage into the commodity futures exchange in Japan. During the earlier years of his career, he was mainly a commodity broker and worked with lots of exchange trading derivatives, options, and futures.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his skills in consulting services and has great skills in solving clients’ issues and problems. During the earlier years of his career, he was mostly into exchange, trading, and derivatives and gradually moved up to other type of domains as well including banking, oil & gas, manufacturing, and others.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 35+ years of doing sales, account management, and business development. He has been into banking, exchange, and trading and is knowledgeable with credit/commercial risk and regulatory compliances as well. He’s great with negotiation, communication, and also other skillset within sales.
