1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 20 years of experience in the industry, beginning his career at a research institute where he handled coding and new business planning, primarily focusing on healthcare system packages for health insurance providers in Japan. After four years, he joined XXXX , where he worked in IT strategy and consulting and was later promoted to manager. He then transitioned to XXXX, contributing to over 20 projects within the Business Process Engineering division and leading a successful internal partnership program that resulted in the monetization of a new business initiative. Following this, he joined an asset management firm, where he was involved in corporate planning, sales process improvement, and fintech innovation projects, including automation using AI. At XXXX, he led PMI efforts for a major acquisition in Japan’s recruitment sector. Currently, at XXXX, he serves as a business partner and producer, successfully acquiring over 200 new leads annually and securing more than 70 meetings with prospective clients.
