1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He studied Japanese Language full time in university previously and also took up JLPT with N2 certification, and afterwards, pursued his MBA. He has a total of 15+ years of experience in sales and has worked so far for large companies like XXXX, XXXX, and others. Most of the solutions he has sold across the industry so far includes automobile, manufacturing, health, BFSI, and pharmaceutical; on top of that, he has worked along with engineering services solutions to all digital technologies. He is currently the Head of Sales for XXXX where he is responsible for growing the market in the digital space such as ERP and SAP. On a daily basis, he maximizes the funnel as much as he could, do direct sales, participate in the decision making with clients, and directly deal with them; he’s also is involved with indirect sales, doing new business development and existing business growing farming as well. Before this, he was with XXXX as the Senior Manager for Sales & Alliance Partner Dev where he was responsible for the overall revenue growth of the region through NBD, Account, and Alliance Management; some of the solutions he handled there was engineering services such as SAP, Cloud migration, and data analytics for automotive, manufacturing, and medical/pharma industry. During his time with XXXX as a Business Development Manager where he worked with several insurance clients including MetLife, The Chubb, Gibraltar, and AmLife insurance which he still have good connections with. Prior to that, he was doing mostly sales and business development for tech companies such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be solution selling, really understanding his clients and try to pitch in solutions based on their needs and pain points. He also can leverage his expertise in the Japanese language and ability to interact with clients both locally and internationally which helps him grow the business, understand different paradigm, and provide solutions as well to their clients effectively. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 15 years of experience in sales and has been involved with insurance clients, medical, and pharmaceutical companies as well. He also has sold software solutions/services, tech products, and AI-based solutions as well including a POC that is for a business process management. He also is familiar already with the Japan market so he can promote products and services efficiently, and can help grow the business there.
