1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?           
Has been working in the financial IT industry in Japan for about 30 years now; he has been selling compliance, anti-money laundering, and KYC solutions covering all financial firms, client lifecycle management, and mainly focused on bigger banks. Most of his contact points include compliance manager, legal manager, risk manager, and is doing about 80% of their sales, and 20% being through their partner ecosystems in Japan. He is currently with XXXX as Director of Sales where he’s involved with direct sales, finding out new contact points, and to follow up with prospects from different sources such as seminars, conferences, and registration, then he will propose them their solutions mostly about compliance for various financial businesses: loans, payments, deposits, and so on. Previously, he has worked for XXXX for about 7 years where he was also the Sales Director and successfully sold XXXX Lending solutions for Syndicate loan and sold to XXXX as well, and so on. He also worked with XXXX for about 10 years before where he provided mainly retail credit business solutions or risk analysis; his clients there are mostly credit card companies, banks, retail section, or even non-banking sections. He has developed strong relationships with credit card bureaus like ACIC, GICC, and other financial businesses in Japan. Previous to that, he was also in the financial sector mostly selling finance risk management solution, fraud detection solution, risk management software, and has experience with trading systems as well. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be his knowledge and strong network within the Japan financial service industry. Aside from that, he is great in knowing the key or the essential factors to make successful sales in the local Japan market since he has been doing this for more than 30 years; strongest with BFSI sector. He also managed a team before including sales/presales staff, marketing staff, and others so he has great leadership skills as well. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 30 years of experience in doing local sales; also has experience with cross-border opportunities during his previous roles. He also has been in the BFSI sector for more than 20 years now and is strongest with financial solutions, compliance, risk management, and such; rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 when it comes to that area and leaves some few points for improvements and learning. He is currently involved with credit, commercial risk, and regulatory compliance, very much knowledgeable about the standard and best practices within them; his products for the past few years includes enterprise banking solutions (AML, Compliance, Fraud Detection, and DX), lending and payment solutions, retail credit risk analysis and software, credit bureau system, risk management solutions, and some derivatives trading software early on his career. Being in the industry for more than 30 years now, he has built strong connection and relationship with key-decision makers and executives, and can confidently navigate the presence of the business in the market.
