   He has over 30 years of experience in the industry and is currently working at a Japanese startup company. Since 2022, his primary responsibilities have included corporate management across finance, accounting, HR, IT, and back-office operations. He also contributes to strategic planning and business development, although his core focus remains on internal operations. He has been actively involved in direct B2B sales and previously worked at a major insurance company affiliated with international firms, including XXXX Japan. Throughout his career, he has handled various roles in the insurance sector—from strategic planning, marketing, and sales operations to special assignments from executive leadership. His international experience spans B2B and Japanese equity sales across Singapore, Zurich, and London.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is confident in his strengths in storage, business planning, and new business development. He has experience working with a XXXX partner to launch and sell digital products from the ground up, demonstrating his ability to build business opportunities in new markets.
