1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career with XXXX as a Representative Office Director and Business Development Manager where he was responsible for lots of clients such as Nokia, Sony Ericsson, NEC, and others mostly for metal-dome sheets of mobile phone, FPC, and related components; his last position there was R&D Manager. After some time, he joined XXXX as a Sales Engineering Manager where he was handling digital products and did technical support for GPU and FPC module development as well. He also worked for XXXX as a Product Engineering Manager for about 3 years and switched to XXXX as a Sales Manager; this was the first automotive industry experience for him wand worked for Honda and Toyota for air-conditioning systems division. After some time, he moved to XXXX as a Sales Director where he was responsible for the sales, business development plans, and product development/design as well for some of their products such as radiator/cooling fan, thermal systems, and related ones. He also worked with XXXX as an Engineering Project Manager here he did project management, product management, and customer business management as well for automotive clients. Due to some concerns, he joined XXXX as a Sales & Engineering Manager where he was also handling Honda and Nissan Account and did global project management for Japan OEMs as well. His last role was with XXXX as a Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing Department where he promoted new products and technologies of the company, was doing the business lead of new project for new customers as well. Because of some issues, he was introduced to his current company XXXX as an Associate Director of Sales where he was involved in both the sales and the technology part of the business. He is currently working with about 8 direct reports under him.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would management, both sales and people management since he has been doing this for more than 20 years. Apart from that, he has great communication skills with customers and internal teams as well. On the technical side, he is strongest with physics, aware of whereabouts of components, thermal management, and others used for automotive and mobile phones.
