1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He’s currently working with XXXX as a Growth Sales Specialist for product services, works closely with account service team and partner sales team. He is driving the product to business with AI-related products, OCR solutions, process mining, conversation analyser, and related technologies; also the one responsible for expanding the product sales, business, find new opportunities, explain their products, and train the sales, partner team, up to closure of deals. Before this, he worked with XXXX as a Business Development Manager where he was also involved with product sales and partner service. Previously, he was on a technical background with XXXX as a Senior Systems Engineer and was also with XXXX as a Business Development Specialist for AWS Billing Service and related stuff. He was also with XXXX before as a Marketing Specialist where he handled mostly cloud management tool, databases, and servers; he did sales/technical support, sales management, and cost analysis for that role.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his communication skills; being in sales, he thinks communication is very important for him to understand clients and close deals as well. His biggest achievement in sales would be closing a 3.5M USD deal in his current company, with an AI-related product. He also has a technical background that he can leverage for any roles.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 10 years of accumulated experience in doing sales and is currently working with AI and tech related products in his current company. He also has experience handling insurance clients in this company, although not that deep since he also handles other industry such as telecom, IT, etc.; has sold an AI and Infrastructure platform to insurance sector before. He also has great know-how of the Japanese market, culture, and business environment so he can leverage that in boosting and growing the business’ presence in Japan. Has experience and familiarity with startup environment and will be happy to join a startup again if given the chance.
