1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is based currently in Tokyo since she’s doing her studies, continued from Italy, in MBA. Recently, she has been working with XXXX as an Associate Account Executive where she mainly collaborates with the sales team and manage a pipeline of many customers, guiding them in the implementation of AI and machine learning projects; initially for startups, but recently was handling SMB as well and advise them on implementation of AI and ML projects with AWS functions. They work mainly with fintech, healthcare, and bit of everything such as agriculture sector, mostly B2B. Her main responsibility there was to understand what their clients are looking for, what they can do for them, and put them in contact with engineers and developers to see if they want to continue with their project. Previously, she was also a Consultant for XXXX where she mostly created GTM strategy for the expansion of their service in different region, and started off as a Project Manager and Customer Relations Specialist for two different companies.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her soft skill side and considers herself as someone that can work and get along with everyone; she thinks this is important specially working in the sales field. She has been into several events already where she represented their team and she discovered there how important human relationship is to people in the business.
